If you're not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process (Physical Planners)
- Email support@goodsoilplanner.com with your order number to initiate a return.
- We will provide a return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the planner back in its original packaging (or equivalent) with all included materials.
Condition Requirements
Returned planners must be in like-new, resellable condition. Items with excessive wear, damage, or writing may be partially refunded or denied.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receipt and inspection of the return. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
Exchanges
If your planner arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
